Here at Grey Cat Clothing every item is handmade to order by myself. I aim to get all orders ready for despatch using a 2-3 week turnaround. However this is just a guide and many items are ready to despatch earlier than this. I use the turnaround time to allow for any unexpected delays in fabric delivery etc.

Delivery Charges UK

All items are posted using Royal Mails delivery service. Most parcels are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days of getting your despatch confirmation. However this is just a guide and is dependent on any delays experienced by Royal Mail at the time particularly around the Christmas period.

Customs and Import Fees

Grey Cat Clothing are not responsible for any custom charges or import fees, these remain the responsibility of the buyer.
